Belimo Holding and its subsidiaries are engaged in the designs, manufacture and marketing of electric actuators for damper adjustment in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Co. operates in two main areas. In the air application area, it offers standard actuators and spring-return actuators for air-control dampers in HVAC systems; safety actuators for motorizing fire and smoke extraction dampers, and variable air volume systems as air control in individual rooms. In the water application area, Co. offers mixing rotary actuators and motorized ball valves for HVAC water circuits, globe valves and intelligent linear actuators.
