Guggenheim BulletShares 2021 Corporate Bond ETF is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund's fees and expenses, an investment grade corporate bond index called the NASDAQ BulletShares USD Corporate Bond 2021 Index (the ?2021 Index?). The High Yield 2021 Index is a rules-based index comprised of investment-grade corporate bonds with effective maturities in 2021. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities that comprise the 2021 Index. As of May 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $168,862,059 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $163,221,086.
