First Trust NASDAQ Global Auto Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the NASDAQ OMX Global Auto Indexsm (the Index). The Index is designed to track the performance of companies engaged in manufacturing of automobiles. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets in common stocks included in the Index. As of Sept 30 2013, the Fund's total assets were $46,637,247 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $46,350,877.
