Icade is a property investment company with two main asset classes: office (office property investment division) and healthcare (healthcare property investment division) property. The Office Property Investment Division's assets are primarily located in the Paris region and, to a lesser extent, in the French cities outside Paris. The portfolio breaks down between office assets and business parks (mainly comprising office assets and business premises). It also includes residual assets. The Healthcare Property Investment Division's portfolio consists mainly of acute, post-acute and long-term care facilities located in France, Germany, Italy and Portugal.
