Commercial and industrial loans are primarily made to commercial and business enterprises for working capital, equipment purchases, acquisition, partner/management buyout, growth and expansion, and any other permissible purposes. Commercial real estate loans are primarily made to owner-users of the property or investors with existing tenants in the property.
