Co. is engaged in the manufacture and sale of snacks under the brand names of "Potato Chips," "Jagarico" "Jagabee," "Kata-age Potato," "Pizza Potato Chips," "Kappa Ebisen," "Sapporo Potato" and "Sayaendo;" and cereals under the brand name of "Frugra." Co. also provides bakery products such as pastries and sandwiches for retailers. In addition, Co., through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the logistics business and the sales promotion business.
