Citadel Exploration is an energy company engaged in the exploration and development of oil and natural gas properties. Co.'s properties are located in the San Joaquin Basin of California. Co.'s projects include: Kern Bluff Oil Field in Kern County, CA; Project Yowlumne in Kern County, CA, in which as of Dec 31 2016, Co. had a 75.0% working interest in these exploration prospects and was the operator; and Project Indian located in the Bitterwater sub-basin of the Salinas Basin, north of the San Ardo Field. As of Dec 31 2016, Co.'s proved developed and undeveloped reserves were 220.0 million and 920.0 million barrels of oil, respectively.
