Guggenheim China Technology is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the AlphaShares China Technology Index (the Index). The Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stock, American depositary receipts, American depositary shares, global depositary receipts and international depositary receipts that comprise the Index. As of Aug 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $56,288,252 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $56,164,518.
