Commerzbank is a bank for SMEs and private and small-business customers in Germany. Co. has two business segments: Private and Small-Business Customers (PSBC) and Corporate Clients (CC). The PSBC segment includes activities with private and small-business customers, in private banking and in wealth management, and with customers of the comdirect and Commerz Real brands and provides Co.'s small-business customers with credit in the form of individual loans. The CC segment comprises Co.'s activities with mid-size corporate clients, the public sector, institutional customers and multinational corporates and is also responsible for its relationships with banks and financial institutions.
