iShares MSCI EAFE Growth is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EAFE Growth Index (the Index). The Index is a subset of the MSCI EAFE Index and constituents of the Index include securities from Europe, Australasia (Australia and Asia), and the Far East. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Index. As of Jul 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $2,045,636,908 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $2,040,614,549.
