Co.'s segments are: commercial-services, which is led by Co.'s subsidiary, ECHG, LLC, provides asset- disposition solutions to government agencies and others; and direct-to-consumer, which is led by Co.'s subsidiary, DGSE, LLC, buys to resell or recycle luxury hard assets like jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, fine watches, rare coins and related collectibles, precious-metal bullion products, gold, silver and other precious metals.
