Evolution Petroleum Corporation is an independent energy company focused on owning and investing in onshore oil and natural gas properties in the U.S. Its portfolio includes non-operated interests in the SCOOP and STACK plays of the Anadarko Basin in Oklahoma, the Chaveroo oilfield in New Mexico, the Jonah Field in Wyoming, the Williston Basin in North Dakota, the Barnett Shale in Texas, the Hamilton Dome Field in Wyoming, and the Delhi Holt-Bryant Unit in Louisiana. It also holds small overriding royalty interests in four wells in central Texas, with about a 2.6% average net working interest in the Anadarko Basin.
