Co.'s two operating segments are: Professional Solutions, which represents the wholesale business of Co., which is the supply of Co.'s products and services to independent opticians, distributors, third-party e-commerce platforms and retail chains operating in the eyecare and eyewear industry; and Direct to Consumer, which represents the retail business of Co., which is the supply of Co.'s products and services directly to the end consumer either through the network of physical stores operated by Co. (brick and mortar) or the online channel (e-commerce).
