Environmental Service Professionals has no existing operations. Co.'s strategy is to acquire several businesses that have complimentary goals for dealing with environmental issues and resolving environmentally sensitive problems. Co.'s strategy is being implemented in following three phases: (1) Co. focused on developing the holding company's legal, financial, operational and management structures; (2) Co. focused on the on-boarding of new affiliates to the holding company and the development and test marketing of the new suite of products and services that will be offered through these affiliates; and (3) Co. plans to focus on the full implementation of its national marketing campaign.
