The recoverability of amounts shown for mineral properties interests and related deferred costs is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, Co.'s ability to obtain necessary financing to complete development, and future profitable production from or proceeds from the disposition of its mineral properties interests.
