Co.'s principal services include: the acceptance of deposits for demand, savings, and time accounts and the servicing of such accounts; commercial, agricultural, consumer, and real estate lending, including installment loans, personal lines of credit, and overdraft protection; trust operations; farm management; safe deposit operations; and other services including the sale of gift cards, cashier's checks, and foreign currency. At Dec 31 2011, Co. had total assets of $270.7 million and total deposits of $242.3 million.
