First Trust Asia Pacific ex-Japan AlphaDEX Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Defined Asia Pacific Ex-Japan Index (the Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. As of Dec 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $57,252,730 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $57,186,454.
