Rogue Resources is an exploration stage company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, and evaluating mineral properties located in Canada and the United States. Co. is in the process of exploring its mineral properties and has either not yet determined whether these properties contain mineral reserves that are economically recoverable. The continued operations of Co. and the recoverability of amounts shown as mineral properties and deferred exploration costs is dependent upon the existence of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete their development, and future profitable production or disposition thereof.
