Hunter Technology is engaged in the acquisition, development, operation and exploitation of crude oil and gas properties, including enhanced oil recovery projects, in the Permian Basin in eastern New Mexico. Co. is also engaged in the business of developing its helium and carbon dioxide ("CO2") project in eastern Arizona/western New Mexico. Co. operates primarily in the United States with two reportable business segments: helium and CO2 resources, and crude oil and natural gas production. As of Dec 31 2010, Co.'s net proved developed and undeveloped reserves for light and medium oil, and natural gas were 2,884.1 thousand barrels and 54.1 million cubit feet, respectively.
