The recoverability of amounts capitalized for mineral property interests is dependent upon the ability of Co. to arrange appropriate financing as needed, the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the development of its properties, confirmation and maintenance of Co.'s interest in the underlying properties, the receipt of necessary permitting and upon future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
