The iShares MSCI International Developed Quality Factor ETF (the ?Fund?) is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to track the investment results of an index that measures the performance of international developed large- and mid-capitalization stocks exhibiting relatively higher quality characteristics, as represented by the MSCI World ex USA Sector Neutral Quality Index (the ?Index?). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Jul 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $5,412,274 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $5,393,947.
