iShares S&P Global Technology Sector Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Global Information Technology Sector Index (the Index). The Index is a subset of the S&P Global 1200 Index, and measures the performance of companies that S&P deems to be part of the information technology sector of the economy. As of Mar 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $900,396,227 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $898,534,390.
