Jaguar Financial is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The recoverability of the carrying values of exploration properties is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the preservation of the Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, ability of Co. to obtain financing necessary to complete development of the properties, and the future profitable production therefrom or alternatively upon the Co.'s ability to dispose of its interest on an advantageous basis.
