PowerShares KBW Bank Portfolio is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the KBW Bank Index (the "Index"). The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities of national money centers (which are banks with more than $50 billion in assets and that have a branch network across geographic regions) and regional banks and thrifts that are listed on a U.S. national securities exchange and that comprise the Index. As of Oct 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $153,578,476 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $153,493,821.
