Land Securities Group is a holding company and a real estate investment trust. Through its subsidiaries, Co.'s operations are managed across four operating segments: Central London, which includes all assets geographically located within central London; Major retail destinations, which includes all regional shopping centers and shops outside London and Co.'s outlets; Mixed-use urban neighborhoods, which includes those assets where Co. sees the potential for capital investment; and Subscale sectors, which mainly includes assets that will not be a focus for capital investment and consists of leisure and hotel assets and retail parks.
