The Trust's holdings are comprised of the 400 stocks in the S&P MidCap 400 Index, which is designed to capture the price performance of the middle capitalization segment of the United States publicly traded stock market. As of Sept 30 2009, the Trust's total assets were $8,073,352,692 and the Trust's investment portfolio was valued at $7,938,335,918.
