MHP is an international agro-industrial company and producer of chicken in Ukraine. The Poultry and Related Operations Segment produces, processes and sells chicken meat (fresh and frozen), vegetable oils (sunflower and soybean) and mixed fodder. The Grain Growing Segment grows crops for fodder production and for sale to third-parties. The Meat-Processing and Other Agricultural Operations Segment produces and sells sausage and cooked meat, convenience foods and produce from cattle and milk operations. The European Operating Segment comprises of Perutnina Ptuj, a poultry and processed meat producer in the Balkans with production assets in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
