MPC Container Ships is engaged in the global marine transportation of containerized goods. Co.'s business activity is to invest in maritime assets (vessels, shares in ship-owning companies, loans secured by vessels and/or shares in ship-owning companies) with a main focus on small-size container ships between 1,000 and 3,500 TEU, chartering-out the vessels per time charter agreements, operating and selling them as well as working-out the acquired maritime loans in order to take over the securing assets.
