ProShares Trust Merger is a non-diversified, open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the performance of the S&P Merger Arbitrage Index (the Index). The Index, created by Standard & Poor's, provides exposure to up to 40 publicly announced mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations within developed market countries through a combination of long and, in certain cases, short security positions. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $6,559,590 and $6,188,451, respectively.
