The Fund seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of an index that measures the performance of U.S. large- and mid-capitalization stocks exhibiting relatively higher momentum characteristics, as represented by the MSCI USA Momentum Index (the Index). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Jul 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $805,685,830 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $805,459,845.
