Nacel Energy is a development stage wind power generation company engaged in the business of developing wind power generation facilities from Greenfield up to and including operation. Co.'s domestic development activities are primarily focused upon wind power generation facilities in the 10 megawatts (MW) to 30 MW range. As of Mar 31 2011, Co. had six separate wind energy projects, Blue Creek, Channing Flats, Leila Lake, Hedley Point, Swisher and Snowflake, located on leased acreage in the Panhandle area of Texas and in Arizona. Co. is also engaged in locating and evaluating other Greenfield sites for development of additional wind power generation facilities.
