Its affiliates also operate over 26 assisted living communities with 1,413 units, nine independent living communities with 778 units, three behavioral health hospitals, 34 homecare agencies, and 30 hospice agencies. It operates specialized care units within certain of its healthcare centers, such as Alzheimer's disease care units and sub-acute nursing units. It also provides insurance services, management and accounting services, and it leases properties to operators of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
