KOPR Point Ventures is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral property assets. Co. has not yet determined whether Co.'s mineral property assets contains ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of amount shown for exploration and evaluation asset is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, Co.'s ability to obtain necessary financing to complete the development and upon future profitable production of proceeds from the disposition of resource property interests.
