The services to be provided by NetPay (USA), Inc., including: seeking merchants that will obtain services primarily from Co., such as clearing, providing credit, and other services; merchant underwriting; managing and monitoring merchant activity, and irregularity resolution; margin sharing between Co. and NetPay (USA), Inc.; and onboard interface with merchants, e-commerce support, and high-risk merchant assessment.
