Co. is engaged in the manufacture, marketing and distributionof clove cigarettes within Indonesia, through its manufacturing operations and primary distributor - PT Perusahaan Dagang dan Industri Panamas (referred to collectively as the "Domestic Cigarette Business"). Other domestic subsidiaries within Co. provide supporting services to the Domestic Cigarette Business in printing, packaging, and transportation, as well as wholesale distribution and trading of a wide range of non-durable consumer products. Co. has extended its activities into overseas markets as well, with the manufacture and distribution of clove and other cigarette products in Souteast Asia, South America and elsewhere.
