Ranger Gold is a natural resource exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and if warranted and feasible, development of natural resource properties. As of Mar 31 2013, Co. had the right to acquire 100.0% of the mining interests of two mineral exploration properties controlled by MinQuest, Inc. (MinQuest). These properties are known as the CX Property, located in Nye County, NV and the Truman Property, located in Mineral County, NV. As of the same date, Co. leased a 100% of the mining interests of a Nevada mineral exploration property controlled by Nevada Mine Properties II, Inc. The property known as the Gent Property is located in Lander County, NV.
