Co. is in the process of exploring mineral properties and has not yet determined whether these properties contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of amounts shown for mining properties and related deferred exploration expenses is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the development, and future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
