iShares S&P Global Consumer Discretionary Sector Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P Global 1200 Consumer Discretionary Sector Index (the Index). The Index is a subset of the S&P Global 1200 Index, and measures the performance of companies that the Index provider deems to be part of the consumer discretionary sector of the economy. As of Mar 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $391,321,558 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $390,147,465.
