Petro Vista Energy is engaged in the business of exploration, development and exploitation of oil and natural gas properties in Brazil and Colombia. Co. has not yet determined whether any of its properties contain oil and natural gas reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of any amounts shown for deferred oil and gas properties is dependent upon the existence of economically recoverable mineral oil and gas reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain the necessary financing to complete the exploration and development of its properties, and upon future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition of its properties.
