SIG Group is a system supplier of aseptic carton packaging solutions for both beverage and liquid food products. Co. also provides bag-in-box and spouted pouch packaging solutions on a global basis for beverage, food and non-food products as well as chilled carton packaging solutions in Asia. The packaging solution offerings consist of filling lines and related equipment, packaging material and after-market services. Co. has four operating segments: Europe; Middle East and Africa, which covers Co.'s customers in the Middle East and Africa; Asia Pacific, which covers Co.'s customers in China, South East Asia and Oceania; and Americas, which covers Co.'s customers in North and South America.
