Co. is organized into three business segments: property development segment, which includes the development and sale of commercial and residential properties; property leasing segment, which includes the leasing of properties to generate rental income and to gain from the appreciation in the properties' values in the long term; and hotel operations segment, which includes renting of hotel room accommodation, leasing of commercial shopping arcades, provision of food and beverage at restaurant outlets, and other minor departments such as telephone, guest transportation and laundry within hotel premises.
