As of Dec 31 2011, Co. held leases on or was producing oil from the following unproven and proven developed and undeveloped wells: a 49.25% undivided interest in Gonzales County, TX; a 2.75% overriding royalty interest in W.L. Barnett ET AL #1 & #2; and a 2.75% working interest in the Glass 59 #2 well in Sterling County, TX.
