Salazar Resources is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Latin America. Co. has no proven or probable reserves and it has not yet determined whether these properties contain economically recoverable ore reserves. The underlying value of the mineral properties and related deferred costs is entirely dependent on the existence of economically recoverable reserves, securing and maintaining title and beneficial interest in the properties, the ability of Co. to obtain the necessary financing to complete development, and upon future profitable production.
