These services are only provided to stores and facilities located in geographical areas where the governing state and local ordinances allow for the unfettered provisions of such services. Co. does not grow marijuana plants, produces marijuana infused products, sells marijuana plants and/or sells marijuana infused products of any nature in any jurisdiction where such activity has not been legalized by state law.
