Co. is exploring its mineral properties and has not yet determined the existence of economically recoverable reserves. The recoverability of the amounts shown for interests in mineral properties is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves or proceeds from the disposition thereof, confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, the ability of Co. to obtain financing to complete development of the properties and on future profitable operations.
