ProShares UltraPro Russell2000 is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks daily investment results that correspond to three times (300%) the daily performance of Russell 2000 Index (the Index). The Index is a measure of small-cap United States stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index containing approximately 2,000 of the smallest companies in the Russell 3000 Index or approximately 8% of the total market capitalization of the Russell 3000 Index. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $115,397,595 and $84,594,877, respectively.
