The recoverability of amounts shown for exploration stage mineral properties is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable ore reserves in its mineral properties, the ability of the company to obtain the necessary financing to complete development, maintenance of the company's interest in the underlying mineral claims and leases and upon future profitable production from or the proceeds from the disposition of its mineral properties.
