PowerShares Fundamental Pure Small Value Portfolio is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond to the price and yield of the RAFI® Fundamental Small Value Index (the "underlying index"). The fund invests at least 90% of total assets in the component securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is comprised of common equity securities of "small value" U.S. companies. The fund invests at least 80% of total assets in common equity securities of fundamentally small companies. As of Apr 30 2013, the Fund's total assets were $50,109,226 and the Fund's investments portfolio was valued at $50,048,846.
