Grayscale Zcash Trust (ZEC) is a statutory trust. The Trust's purpose is to hold ZEC. The Trust issues Shares only in one or more blocks of 100 Shares (a block of 100 Shares is called a Basket) to certain authorized participants from time to time. Baskets are provided in exchange for ZEC. The investment objective of the Trust is for the Shares to reflect the value of the ZEC held by the Trust, less the Trust's expenses and other liabilities.
