Co. is organized into two segments: Investment in Euskaltel, which comprises Co.'s dividend income and the movements in fair value of the investment; and Central cost, which comprises costs incurred in supporting Co.'s corporate activities, including staff and premises costs related to the management team, ongoing costs of maintaining the corporate structure, evaluating new acquisition opportunities and executing acquisition and disposal activities.
